The shows roll on

London Fashion Week is flying by in a flurry of shows, shoes and front-row scrums.

Long-standing London designers are showing alongside upcoming stars, and there was also Sunday's high street invasion, thanks to Topshop and Jaeger.

Besides the battle of the brands, there's also a battle between locations. While Topshop and New Gen stars like Emma Cook are showing at the University of Westminster (complete with brilliant school-dinner-inspired canapés), established designers like Amanda Wakeley prefer the relative refinement of the traditional British Fashion Council tents on the lawns at the Natural History Museum.

For my money though, the most beautiful setting so far has been the ballroom at Claridge's, which has already played host to both Paul Smith and Biba and will also welcome Luella back tomorrow morning.

If you want to see the action, tune in to our daily MC TV bulletins, live from the shows - it's the closest thing to being there in person.
