Beyoncé Knowles never used to be a star we'd associate with bold fashion choices, instead sticking to floor-skimming gowns that often edged on the side of frou frou. All that changed though during 2008, when it seems she suffered a fashion epiphany. Suddenly the frocks were off and instead the singer was moving in an edgier direction, choosing Gareth Pugh for the MTV Europe Video Music Awards, rocking tailored RM by Roland Mouret shifts and hiring Thierry Mugler to design her tour. For Fashion Rocks in September, she sported this ultra-classy, understated navy mini with accented shoulders and silver pump heels. We can't wait to see what she has in store for next year.
