US Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour brightened up a simple black shift dress with a dappled green jacket by Prada at last night's bash. But, alas, we've seen this coat before. The style icon stepped out in it only a few weeks ago, at the Ungaro spring/summer 2009 show during Paris Fashion Week. It's not often we see Ms Wintour in the same thing twice!
