Sophie Ellis-Bextor never fails to brighten up a party, and the singer was definitely the belle of the ball at the Serpentine soirée. She was glowing in a pink and blue striped pencil dress, which she boldly finished off with a mustard waist belt and a bronze clutch bag. Very Patricia Field, very daring, and, very fabulous.
