Kylie Minogue sizzled like a sexy Spanish señorita at the lavish Atlantis Hotel launch party in Dubai. The floral, chiffon, ruffled gown, by Milly autumn 2008, was the first of many outfit changes for the pint-sized pop star. Kylie was paid a whopping £1.5 million for a 45-minute set (nice work if you can get it), and kicked off her performance with On A Night Like This and dazzled in a black and gold Jean-Paul Gaultier creation.
