The cream of the music crop turned out in Las Vegas over the weekend for the industry's much-celebrated Billboard Music Awards. Leading a positively glittering line-up at the MGM Grand Arena was pop princess Katy Perry, who walked the red carpet in a shimmering mermaid-inspired lilac gown.
