The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were on dazzling form last night, as they stepped out to host a dinner at St James's Palace for National Memorial Arboretum Appeal. The royal couple, who have kept a low profile since their visit to a Unicef centre in Denmark earlier this month, welcomed 120 into the lavish Picture Gallery at the Palace, for a delicious three-course dinner.
