Long-term couple Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen married in an intimate ceremony in Paris in March, surrounded by just a handful of close friends and family. In an email to friends, Isla wrote: We did it - we're married. It was the absolute best day of my life and in so many beautiful moments I missed you all so much. I thought of you as everything was happening, but Sacha and I wanted no fuss - just us!' The Shopaholic star - who converted to Judaism for the a traditional Jewish ceremony - revealed that privacy was paramount to the special proceedings. 'It is very important to me to have a beautiful ritual celebrated with all my family and friends... And when you are in the public eye, to keep that private and to make it happen without it being really visible is really difficult,' she revealed at the time.
