Gracing our list for not simply one fashion hit, but a whole string of scene-stealing style moments, Blake Lively has been one of favourite fashionistas of the year. Whittling her sartorial highs down to just one has been quite a challenge, but we just couldn't resist the asymmetric petrol blue Marchesa dress she sported to the Costume Institute Gala. The Gossip Girl wowed the crowds in the miniscule frock, and wisely wore her hair high and back, to let her dress, and those never-ending pins, remain the focus.
