Paris Hilton's crimes against fashion are so heinous, that's she graces our worst dressed list not once, but twice this week! There is so much wrong with this photo, we don't quite know where to start. Ignoring the nauseating PDA, it's Paris's flesh-flashing ensemble that really offends. A wardrobe malfunction just waiting to happen, this tacky get-up does nothing to diminish the heiress's publicity hungry reputation. Awful! (27 March 2009)
