Kate Moss added a high dose of A-list glamour to the opening of the flagship New York Topshop store today in a striking, turquoise gown. Kate, who's ninth collection for the British chain of stores hit the shelves this week, held boss Sir Philip Green's hand as they posed for crowds on a podium outside the new shop.
