In one of her more casual outings, the First Lady was still as elegant as ever. She attended April 2009's National Teacher of the Year awards in a preppy navy blue striped shirt-dress by designer Sophie Theallet. A patent black belt and delicate gold necklaces completed her oh-so-chic day look.
