Goldie's daughter dances her way to a dainty bod. She's been pirhouetting since she was three. 'I've been dancing my whole life,' says the Fools Gold actress. 'Now I have a dance instructor several times a week and do Pilates.' She has also taken Sheila Kelley's S Factor pole dancing lessons in California – something Carmen Electra, Teri Hatcher and Jerry Hall are also fond of. Outside of the studio, Kate's often spotted jogging along the beach and bike-riding, sticking to 45-minute stints.
