The Kingdom star Jennifer Garner has some tips for shifting that post-baby bulge. 'I'm like everyone else in that I didn't want to jump on the treadmill and run for 45 minutes. So I played a little mental trick when I was trying to lose the baby weight,' she explains. 'I would say, "Okay, you're just going to walk on the treadmill for ten minutes. After ten minutes, you can get off the thing – and ten minutes is nothing". The funny thing is after the ten minutes, I would always want to do another ten minutes, which led to another ten minutes. It’s a great way to trick yourself into doing your cardio.'
