Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen shot to fame at the tender age of one, with their joint role in US sitcom, Full House. When they left the show eight years later, their company, Dualstar, was established, which created a range of Olsen products from dolls to clothes.
Company profits made the twins millionaires by the age of 10, making them the youngest self-made millionaires in US history. They are now estimated to be worth over £50 million each.
Pressure in the spotlight led to Mary-Kate's admission in 2004 that she suffered from anorexia and she checked into rehab to battle the eating disorder.
In recent years the twins have become fashion icons, developing a grungy, designer look. The pair launched their high-end fashion line, The Row in 2006 and have both begun to develop their career in big screen roles.
