Gwen Renée Stefani rose to fame as the lead singer of rock/ska band No Doubt, which she founded with her brother Eric and former boyfriend Tony in 1986.
In 2004 she decided to pursue a solo career alongside her work with No Doubt and released her debut solo album, Love.Angel.Music.Baby, to great critical acclaim.
Her eccentric style has made Gwen a fashion icon and in 2004 she turned her hand to designing, creating her own fashion label, L.A.M.B, which opened New York fashion week in 2007.
In 2002 Gwen married Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, with whom she has a son, Kingston. Their second son, Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale was born on 21 August 2008.
