Kirsten started out as a child fashion model at the age of three and made her movie debut in New York Stories in 1989. Her career has steadily progressed and her big break came in the movie Interview with the Vampire, where she famously kissed Brad Pitt at the age of 11, and earned herself a Golden Globe nomination. The role catapaulted her to stardom with roles in The Virgin Suicides and Marie Antoinette. Now Kirsten is best known for her portrayal of Mary Jane Watson in the Spider Man film series, and is set to play Blondie in an upcoming movie of the singer's life. Kirsten has previously been linked with Jake Gyllenhaal and Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell. The actress recently spent time at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Centre, to get help to conquer her depression demons.
