Here's a look back at some of the most incredible Grammy performances of all time...

1. Adele - 2012

Adele's breathtaking comeback performance after the throat surgery that almost threatened her career still gives us goosebumps. The woman can do no wrong.

2. Lady Gaga and Elton John - 2010

We love these two and the fact that they played on a giant conjoined piano. Not to mention their costumes - so glitzy it hurts (our eyes...).

3. Whitney Houston - 1994

Whitney's incredible performance of "I Will Always Love You" needs no further introduction...

4. Beyoncé and Tina Turner - 2008

Two of the biggest soul divas of all time together on one stage - 'nuff said.

5. U2 and Mary J Blige - 2006

This moving performance of their hit collaboration, "One Love", brought the house down...

6. Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya, Lil' Kim, Mary J Blige and Patti Labelle - 2002

Legendary singer Patti Labelle joined the girls for this glamorous performance of their huge number one hit "Lady Marmalade" from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack.

7. Eminem and Elton John - 2001

This pairing was unlikely to say the least, but it worked. Oh, how it worked.

8. Michael Jackson - 1988

Jacko thrilled the crowd with a slow rendition of "The Way You Make Me Feel" before belting out "Man In The Mirror" with a gospel choir.

9. Jennifer Hudson - 2012

Jennifer gave Whitney's original Grammy performance of "I Will Always Love You" a serious run for its money with this amazing tribute.

10. Alicia Keys and Jamie Foxx - 2005

And Alicia and Jamie's tribute to rhythm and blues legend Ray Charles was inspired...

11. Beyoncé - 2014

Queen Bey and hubby Jay Z kicked off the 2014 Grammys with a steamy performance of Drunk in Love. It was filth and we loved it.
