The actress has let us in on her latest diet tips aimed at busy people. We're all ears!

Gwyneth Paltrow's diet is a thing of wonder. We hang on every piece of nutritional advice she gives us - after all, the woman looks beyond incredible.

Her latest tip, especially for busy city-dwellers, like us, who find it hard to cook and prepare healthy dishes, has been shared with us via her Goop newsletter.

The actress 'scoured the globe' and tried various food home delivery programs to find a solution to the problems us busy, working, ladies face. The one program that stands out (and the one that's available in London) is The Detox Kitchen.

Describing the diet, set up by founder Lily Simpson, Gwyneth said: 'The Detox Kitchen delivers super fresh, seasonal and detox-friendly meals to your door. Despite the name, you do not have to be on a detox to enjoy their meals – produce-heavy and lightly portioned, they're great for anyone looking to eat a bit lighter for a day or so or longer.'

We got in touch with Lily to find out more about the delivery service and to see if it really was a diet that we (people who love their food) could stick to.

'When we stop worrying about that word ‘diet’ we can all get on with eating well and feeling better, she said. 'Healthy food can be brilliantly tasty. It can fill you up. And yes, you can have pudding.'

'I’m amazed, and a little frustrated, at how often I’ve heard the words ‘you can’t’ in connection with a diet. You can’t eat this. You can’t have that,' she said. 'I can’t live in a perpetual state of deprivation. I’m a chef. I wouldn’t eat something if it wasn’t tasty – so I want to prove that a ‘diet’ doesn’t have to be faddy, unsatisfying and difficult to stick to. That’s why I created Detox Kitchen.'

She added: When we stop worrying about that word ‘diet’ we can all get on with eating well and feeling better. 'Healthy food can be brilliantly tasty. It can fill you up. And yes, you can have pudding.'

The Detox diet offers a few different menus to choose from including The Green Cleanse, which contains green vegetable and apple based juices, snacks, wheatgrass and spirulina shots.

The meals are no available at Harvey Nichols. For more information visit The Detox Kitchen website.
