Short hairstyles have been spotted on a whole host of famous stars in recent months on the red carpet in Hollywood and on the catwalks of the world's fashion capitals. From sleek bobs and backcombed textured looks right through to closely cropped pixie cuts, short haircuts are the easiest and chicest way to update your style.
If you're thinking about going for the chop, you'd be hard pressed to find a better star to emulate than Michelle Williams - our current reigning queen of short hairstyles, who has been pictured at premieres of her latest film growing out the top of her short hair blonde elfin crop with longer side-swept sections on one side, while keeping it short underneath.
Other notable short haircuts devotees to look to include Oscar-winning actress Anne Hathaway, who has really upped her style game ever since she got her short hair pixie crop, and runway star and Victoria's Secret Angel Karlie Kloss, whose bob looks fresh and youthful.
