My nails and hands are in need of a real overhaul. Where in London would you recommend for a good hand and nail treatment or manicure?

The Rani Mirza salon in Knightsbridge has a fab manicurist. The treatment is an hour long, and includes nail filing, cuticle maintenance, an arm and hand massage and finishes with painting the nails. It is £30 for the manicure, which uses divine Essie products.
