Can I go swimming if I've dyed my hair?

Yes you can, however you must protect it. Use a sun protection spray or gel (like the CW Sun Time range) and apply it before you go swimming, and re-apply every time you apply your sun protection lotion through out the day. At the end of the day, shampoo and condition well. Dyed hair will always fade a little more from swimming, if you want full protection wear a swimming cap.
