Estée Lauder has a new weapon to battle against mid-life skin crises - introducing Resilience Lift Creme.

A product of new research, which revealed as skin gets older it can no longer absorb and reflect light in the same way younger complexions can, leading to a loss of radiance, dull tones and the dreaded signs of aging.

But the clever people over with Lauder came up with an answer: By combining three light-responsive ingredients - plankton extract, malachite and mimosa - this new moisturiser harnesses the benefits of light, strengthening your skin's natural moisture barrier for a brighter, revitalised look.

So that's the science, but what about the really important bits - this may be a hard-working skin-quencher, but it sinks in effortlessly and features a divine floral scent, which was enough to have us hooked.
