You can't help but notice that the glorious Lola bottle has Marc Jacobs's flamboyant style written all over it. And, like the bottle, the scent is totally unique.

'The new fragrance Lola, as a spirit, is very different from Daisy, which was more girlie. This is more seductive and assertive,' says Marc.

'For the bottle we put together colours and designed a bottle thinking about a darker side than Daisy - which was younger and cleaner' the designer adds. 'It's an intricate fragrance - a rich mix, with a deep bouquet.'

Lola is certainly a vivid, sparkling and fruity scent with attitude. Pink peppercorn, pear and pink grapefruit pop out, while rose, geranium and vanilla give it warmth and stop the fragrance from being overpowering.
