How could anyone forget this hair-raising moment? Beyoncé raised the roof at a party at Barneys in New York to celebrate the Austin Powers in Goldmember movie in the summer of 2002. The singer made the transition into movies as soul diva Foxxy Cleopatra in the Mike Myers spoof, but it looked like she was still in character with these way-out wiggy waves.
