Blow dry clean hair with a paddle brush. Once half dry, section hair and spritz through from roots to ends with Aveda Pure Abundance Style Prep for increased volume and grip.

Finish drying hair in sections and curve hair over the brush for a rounded yet straight style. Once dry, apply Aveda Pure Abundance Hair potion for added body and texture.

Create a centre part with a wide tooth comb and let the hair fall naturally for an uneven finish.

Form the bends in the top layer of hair with a double-barrel curling tong. Wrap the mid-lengths of hair over the large barrel through to the smaller barrel. Leave out one or two inches at the ends to give the slightly undone feel.

Emulsify five drops of Aveda Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil in your hands and tousle through the hair for added sheen. Finally, set with a mist of Aveda Air Control Hair Spray.

Whether you fear the frizz or dream of smooth, straight locks, find out how YOU can get your dream hair with Aveda and Marie Claire.
