The best cream blushers

If you use a regular foundation or tinted moisturiser, as opposed to a powder version, a cream blusher is the easiest way to a rosy glow. Read on for our favourite versions…

Lancôme Magie Blush, £21.50, has a mousse-like consistency, with jojoba wax for added softness, which blends effortlessly into the skin. We also love the wide range of suit-all colours.

For a radiant, just-rolled-in-the-hay look, you can't beat Origins' cheeky Pinch Your Cheeks, £12. Squeeze just a tiny amount from the dinky little tubes and apply to the apples of your cheeks. Along similar lines, but more of a wash than a cream, Benefit Posietint, £22.50, is a big favourite with make-up artists and celebrities.

Finally, for a more subtle effect, choose Ruby & Millie Cheek Colour Cream, £12. Containing added moisturisers, this gel-effect blush is great for dry skin types, delivering just a subtle wash of colour across the cheek.
